About

I am an HR professional based in London with over ten years of experience across the full employee lifecycle, six of them in the UK. I hold a BSc in Labour Relations and Human Resources from the University of Las Palmas of Gran Canaria (Spain), a CIPD Level 7 qualification, and an MSc in Global Human Resources Management with Distinction from Kingston University (UK), combined with hands-on delivery across high-growth tech, public service, retail, and the charitable sector.
My areas of focus sit at the intersection of strategy and delivery. I care about employee experience, engagement, and organisational development as much as I care about the operational foundations that make them sustainable: employment law, people data, and HR infrastructure that holds up under pressure. What drives me most is the alignment between HR strategy and business strategy.
My background is shaped by an unusual combination: I built my career in HR in Spain, then spent several years embedded inside the business at TikTok as an operations leader working closely alongside HR teams across EMEA. That experience gave me something most HR practitioners pick up slowly, if at all: a genuine understanding of what managers need, how business pressure shapes people’s decisions, and why HR earns its credibility by speaking the language of the business. Throughout that time, I managed complex ER cases independently, designed and implemented performance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, owned HRIS data governance in partnership with Payroll and Compliance, and partnered with HRBPs to ensure fair and legally compliant outcomes across international sites.
The part of my work I find most exciting right now is the intersection of data, AI, and HR. I build dashboards that translate HR and commercial data into real decisions, not just reports. I integrate AI into HR workflows, automate the repetitive tasks, and free up capacity for the work that actually requires human judgment. I am not interested in AI as a trend. I am interested in it as a tool for building smarter, leaner, more responsive HR functions.
I am a native Spanish speaker and work fluently in both languages, which has been useful across EMEA contexts throughout my career. Alongside my search for my next role, I currently provide pro bono HR advisory support to Pregnant Then Screwed and serve as a Trustee at the Trans Legal Clinic in London. If you are looking for an HR professional who combines operational depth, strong ER and HRIS foundations, and a genuine interest in how technology is reshaping the profession, I would be glad to hear from you.
